About Hoppel
What is Hoppel?
Hoppel is a free relaxation web app from Switzerland. A virtual bunny asks how you’re feeling and pays attention to your mood, your tension and the time of day. Then he suggests what might help right now: a breathing exercise, sleep sounds like brown noise or rain, binaural beats, calm music or a few kind words. With every piece of feedback, Hoppel learns what helps you in which mood. He runs right in your browser, without sign-up, and what you write never leaves your device.
When Hoppel can help
- Can’t switch off at night
- Thoughts keep circling and you lie awake. Brown noise, gentle rain or the sleep piano can help you wind down.
- Nerves before something important
- An exam, a presentation, a doctor’s appointment. The breathing exercise with a long exhale can help you calm down within a few minutes.
- Stress after work
- Rain and the alpha beat create a transition into your evening.
- Sad or lonely moments
- Hoppel stays with you and offers a few calm words, read aloud if you like.
